Very true though, I've had the misfortune of speaking to a tech support woman in India ... they are absolutely clueless and it's obvious that they are just reading pointers from a database instead of listening to the problem/symptoms and forming a solution.

Companies that outsource customer support to cheaper countries are sacrificing their own reputation and customer welfare for the sake of fatter fat cats. Burn them all.
