Okay, some of you may have seen my other map fy_glassed. I admit that it was some of the most horrid work
ever created and released to the public (Although I saw one

server host an aweful map and the people on the server was saying that it was good somehow...).

Well I decided to remake the map because the layout deserved some looks as it does infact have good gameplay.
(I'm setting up a server for an hour after this post on 80.216.141.201:27016)

Any map that includes that generic brick texture isn't worth the download soz :(

no offense, but this map looks terrible. Sure the gameplay might be great, but with all the good looking maps out there, i would much rather frag in high detailed glory.

1) Use some different textures, the bricks are UGLY.
2) Try to put it in a real world situation. This isnt always important for a map, but it can REALLY make a difference to the feel of a map. If it looked like a high rise office building for example.
3) do NOT use stairs built up of unsupported blocks. it looks horrible. try instead to use either an incline, a stairwell, or stairs which could at least be feasibly built in real life.

i hope you take my suggestions into account

default brick + fogged glass = notsogood. consider working on it more. maybe by version 4 or 5 we might like it more.

either use wood or the wholed up metal but not both
why are there lights at the bottom???!???
the lights on teh side are un-nessesary
brick is ugly
too small, the other fy_glass was much larger and had more glass

Rofl, did any of you guys load it up?

Well anyway, I appriciate the pointers but this was a remake of my first map, I'm not about to change the whole map just because of that. Also it's a tad bit hard putting a glassmap in a reallife sutiation. When was the last time you saw a floor with glass - wood - metal (And a pit ontop of it)?

@ silentbob,
That's for gameplay reasons, the glass and the wood (All the wood, including obsticles which brake one by one [Real fun :P]) are breakable but the steel stays so you always have a rim to walk on.

Anyway, I'm done with this map, thank you for your time.
