HA i win, Shens is too slow for Hectic Glenn.

The final answer = Glenn > Shens

I should not have hesitated by trying to think of a witty reply to this thread and should have copy and pasted the link instead.

I think we should nuke the ocean to be on the safe side.

I had a similar idea, along the lines of a huge squid kebab kinda thing, which we then hang over a volcano. Be sure to get all these animals and all octopus as well, arghhhhh ;( Only one man for such a big job, Short Recoil! He can't scuba dive though, he doesn't need to hes got ****ing gills anyway.

There are some very strange and sometimes quite large creatures in deep ocean waters

Yeah and there were other species that did too. I saw it on a site but I can't remember.......

One fish was a eel/Tadpole with fangs.

Dragon fish.
The Anubis.

They are fascinating arn't they?

Because they have evolved in such extreme out of the way places and remained undiscovered until recent years it is almost like disovering alien spiecies.

Wow.

It just goes to show we know more about space then we do about deep sea creatures... and also women.

The bottom of the sea is probably going to unlock many of nature's greatest mysteries.

I really wish more funding would go to exploring more of our own oceans.

I mean, what's the percentage on what we have about it? Like 5%? And we're ready to go out and space and explore, explore, explore!

Those deep sea creatures are extremely UGLY! Maybe, when things don't get much sun turn out to be freaks.

So cute
Lucky they don't come close to the surface, otherwise we'd have people trying to protect them, just casue they look cute.

The very deepest parts of the ocean really fascinate me, most things down there live off the bacteria which live from the thermal vents pouring out boiling gases from the earths core. No sunlight reaches there so thats the only thing to support life from. The octopus with giant ears is amazing, even though i hate them. Also the jellyfish with blue, green, yellow, red, orange lights on it is brilliant. The little blue neon fish etc, all amazing.

If anyone has heard of a programme called the Blue Planet here in the UK, i'd advise watching it, best camera footage for the sea of any documentary. One episode involves a submersal which can withstand huge pressures going down very deep, and filming some of those animals. That octopus, angler fish and many others mentioned were in that 1 hour episode.

One of the most amazing things i've ever seen, i'll never forget that programme. I recommend it, i think dvd's are available to buy also if you REALLY are interested :) David Attenbrough is god.
