"Game is unavailable at this time"?

Ok, I just payed for it, but it said the transaction couldn't complete right now and they would give me notification when it did. It said in the mean time I could play my silver package. I try to play and it says the game is unavaiable at this time. Can someone please help me out?

Just wait for steam to finish updating. You might want to restart steam and try again ..
