Game Unavailable

Anyone get an error from steam saying "the game is currently unavailable" , i purchased through steam last nite.
Currently I've downloaded 45% of the game, but steam stops downloading after that.

You're not finished downloading yet. Please wait patiently, the servers are overloaded with lots of people downloading.

yeah, mine is stuck at 45% too. The lame thing is that everyone on other posts keep saying that they downloaded it last night or in a few hours. I dont get whats going on.

i am having that problem HOWEVER my DL is at 100% AND i played the game once already


I have tried waiting over 24Hrs


help would be cool...
