Gamespot Bought out by Microsoft.

I don't know if it is just me or not, but I found this a Wii bit funny.

I went to Gamespot and perused the sections (PS3, Wii, 360, etc..), and I noticed something.

Look at this image. Do you notice something about it? Try going to Gamespot and clicking all the sections.

No, they just paid them a lot of money to put up a 360 background in the PS3 section.

its advertising......whats the big deal???? it doesnt matter what section it is on the site; advertising is advertising.

Well think about it, there's no reason to put it up on the 360 site, I'm sure almost everyone who goes to that section already has one. They're trying to target holiday buyers looking for a next gen system that don't already have a 360, and chances are the PS3 section is where a lot of those people are. It just makes sense.
