I trust gamespot review-wise more than any other site. They are spot on every time on what a game rating should be.

Review sites suck. Anyone that would give Driver 3 a 5.6 and True Crimes a 9.0 is ****ing retarded. I almost never agree with anything they say in reviews. The only exception is for extremely great games and extremely bad games.

I find that IGN usually overscores games, while Gamespot tends to be more conservative in giving out the big numbers. I think if you were to look at the average scores of both sites you'd see that IGN scores games unreasonably high.

Very true.

I stopped liking gamespot for a couple of months - but after seeing IGN overate mediocre games like true crime, onimusha, spiderman 2 - I've started trusting them back again. Yep these games aren't exactly mediocre - but 9.0+ scores is way too much for games like these.

I say check out the video review of fable, gamespot has. The reviewer has given fair points for and against it.

Onimusha 3 was far from overated, it deserved AT LEAST a 9.0 AT LEAST.
