gamespot gives fifa 2006 high score!!!!

9.2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????wtf??????the demo sucked balls, pro evo/winning 11 will prolly get 9.5 if so, theres no way fifa is more fun than pes...methinks gs are gone :rolling:
 
Pro Evolution (Winning Eleven) owns all football games; even the real life ones.
 
hmm odd the pc review got 8.9. wtf?

1 thing fifa owns pes at is its goalkeeper animations, they really are brill....
 
FIFA is horrible. I played the demo a few weeks ago.

This means Pro Evo 5 should get at least 9.8 for the PC if FIFA managed 8.9.

football is a big part of my life and i played pes from 1996 (iss pro/we2 i think was the first i played) to 2005, and fifa occasionally.
 
so do you normally spend time playing games you rate as '1 out of 10' or do you think you're cool so you say '1 out of 10' ?
 
I find the newer games less fun to play than the likes of Sensible Soccer, despite them becoming more and more lifelike than ever before. I have Pro Evo 4 for the XBox, and have tried to get into the swing of it, but it doesnt appeal to me at all. Maybe I should persist, or maybe I should keep playing HL2DM.... :upstare:
 
PES is a truly sublime game once you master the controls. Fifa, while a laugh for a quick kick aroud, really can't compare.
 
Im thinking about getting a Soccer game for my Pc, as long as it works with a gamepad. So what one would be the one to go for?

Pro Evolution Soccer 5, which is out for the pc on the 27th of October.

It's a sim, so take some time to get used to it. Also, download the trainer which expands the demo time limit to 30mins.
 
It's well worth getting an adapter that allows you to use a ps2 pad if you're planning on getting PES for the pc.
 
I've tried fifa and its sucks

nothing can be compare to pes

i got wenning eleven 9 for ps2 and i enjoy it everyday with my friends

by the way ,,,

IGN is acting like gamespot before afew months ago
and gamespot is acting like ign before afew months ago

they're trading their rule . thats my guess
 
ive played fifa 06 at my friend's house it sux and his gonna sell it and get pro evo 5 when its out
