Gamestop.com X360 " Omega " Offer *lol*

If people get that, it means they're upper class no-tax paying *****s, nerds (either tinkering or "getting the ultimate experience"), or people who need self-esteem by getting an uber-1337 tricked out console.

People should only pay that much for PCs or Apple computers. That's...way too much for a console.

umm... except the upper 10 percent of earners in america pay 50 percent of the taxes.. so, yeah the upper class does pay taxes.

i wouldnt buy it either, unless every single game it came with was one i wanted, which they arent.

Why is the so-called "Ultimate" bundle not the best one? Someone at GameStop needs to read a dictionary:

Technically, you save 30 $ or so, except for the fact, half of that is shit[OMGWTF I HEVE FACEPLATES!!!!} and the half the games I wouldn't want.

:p

Omega Bundle is an accurate name, but not ultimate. Semi-ultimate, maybe, but not ultimate.

Core Bundle Accessories:
...
- 1-Year Product Replacement Plan

What the ****? Since when was a years warranty an "accessory"? It’s an absolute ****ing minimum requirement.

^^ I believe its actually a service put out by Gamestop; it does not come with the XBox

I know it looks damn expensive, but if you look at the list of games that come with that package(assuming that each game is about 50 bucks), then it makes sense for the price to be rediculously high. It's not as if buying them in a bundle means that the games come free. I don't see why people are so amazed at the price.

where the **** is the tv?

At your nearest audio/visual shop, waiting for you to pick it up. But wait. You want to be the best? You want to be king of your town? You don't want to be mocked by little kids? "Hey, there goes the guy who eats his own hands, and he touches my sister!". You don't want that do you? Well do you? No, seriously, I expect an answer, it's not some rhetorical marketing scheme.

What's that you say?

NO?

Well, you've come to the right place. In other shops, you just get your tv. "Great, dad, another boring piece of crap. We want cool!" Well, if it's cool you want, it's cool you're gonna get.

Introducing the TAU ZETA television deal. Why TAU ZETA? Well, TAU is the greek for T, and I couldn't find V, but ZETA is greek for Z. Z is insanely cooler than V. What would the local gang wear on their shirts? A V or a Z? Exactly.

So, why go for TAU ZETA? Well, in addition to your television, you get these unmissable extras:

1 remote control (needs 2xAA batteries, not supplied)
1 scart cable

I can hear you. All that for only $1000 more? Close that mouth mister and open that wallet! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity!

I bet that the games that come there hav the logo "only on xbox360" or games of EA games

I thought the xbox360 was about as hideous as it could get, but those faceplates are quite possibly even uglier than the already disgusting 360.

Just to clear some stuff up:
Tivo?
Backwards Compatible?

nothing on tivo so far and i doubt they will support it.

if you buy the xbox360 package that comes with the (20gb) harddrive you'll be able to play some of the 'popular' xbox 1 titles.

Are all these games, coming with the bundles, going to be out by the time XBox360 is released?

I'd buy it if I won the lottery.
Like that is ever going to happen.

Ditto..
and I don't play the lottery D:

Dear god, thats way too much money :( If I had 1000 bucks, thats my rebuild/new transmission for my rx-7 ;(

consider how much a brand new gaming pc equivalent to the power of the xbox360 is + all of those games and accessories. ill give you a hint, it would be a lot more.

plus, for the 53243th time. you don't need a tv with the xbox360, you can just use your monitor. it will have AA and its own AF implementation not to mention running at very high resolution, so itll look good.

I'm selling everything in my room except for my television to buy this.

I will be the Alpha and Omega 0_0!
