Gaming ipod unveiled

I don't think that Steve Jobs intends to take over the gaming market with the new iPods...yet...but in citing the necessity of redesigning the iPod Nano, he listed "games" as a chief reason for the bigger screen size. And then he announced that 3 new games will come with the new Nano. The first is Vortex (pictured above) which is like 3D Arkanoid. The second will be an EA Sudoku title. And the third is still unannounced.

a wider screen is nice but the controls leave a lot to be desired ..continual clicking cant be good for the controls ..meh as nice as it is I wouldnt get one simply because I wouldnt have use for a handheld gaming machine ..not unless they add auto pilot to vehicles

This is the iPod we're talking about, everyone will buy it not caring if it's shit or not.

I still have my first generation Nano and I won't buying a new one until the batteries in it start going really wonky.

iPods are expensive devices but are usefull to hold all your songs on instead of a cd booklet lol. They are not designed for playing games nor watching movies. This goes fo you cell phones too! *Oh yeah anybody remember HL on the iPod?
