I'm considering getting either razer tarantula keyboard or G15 keyboard, G5 gaming mouse, and razer barracuda headphone (probably total about 200 bucks...)

any advices which one should I and should I not get?

G15 keyboard, G5 gaming mouse are excellent choices. The Logitech G15 is a gamer's keyboard with much more than fanciful backlighting. A solid feel, programmability, and plethora of gaming tweaks make this keyboard a winner. Logitech G5 is a great choice.
I found a review of G5, i quote it here.
Pros: Laser precision; excellent grip; tilt wheel; weight tuning; on-the-fly sensitivity switching up to 2000DPI; DPI indicator; slick pads; application profiling.
Cons: Only one thumb button; hard to middle click; right-handed only.
Verdict: All things said and done, Logitech's G5 is an instrument of victory. Between the slick pads, laser precision, excellent grip, tilt wheel, profile switching, and DPI indicator, there is no doubt in my mind that the G5 will deliver performance to those who need it.
I find it from:

I also plan to buy a G5 tomorrow, I found a a renent deal for it ($44), this is the lowest price i can find, if you like it, you can check it out.

For headphone,I never use razer barracuda headphone, but i think it is nice. I use a Sennheiser PX 100 now, i like this one, it is wonderful.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Make sure you get the old blue version of the G15. The g5 is good, but everyone I know who's tried the Razer Deathadder prefers it over the G5. You might want to check it out.

As for the headset, if you're not an audiophile or too demanding on performance, it will do fine.
