I've been trying to use the Steam forum, but apparently I'm waiting in a moderation queue to be able to use their forums
I have the simple, but annoying problem that the audio (more precisely speech) in Ep2 seems to be garbled. In other words, an NPC will say a sentence, and a split second later he/she is about 2-3 seconds ahead of what he was previously saying.
I originally found this to be present in commentary, but now its happening in normal NPC talk. Funnily enough the Merle Dandridge commentary seems to be unaffected
Windows Vista Premium 32bit
Intel Q6600 @ default settings
Onboard Realtec High Definition Audio (with official drivers)
GeForce 8800gts /320Mb (with whql/163.69 drivers)
Note: Whenever I overclocked my E6400, I would get speech that would overlap onto other NPCs speech, but I haven't overclocked the Q6600. Like I said NPC speech has only recently been affected.
Thank You for your Head Scraching, and possible solution.
