Garrys mod error

Hey its these my problem when i shoot in a npc i see a lot of stripes over where i shot and then my pc reboot:frown::frown::frown::frown::frown::frown::frown::frown::frown:
Someone helpI will try to take a screenshot of it

try verifying your game cache from within Steam:
right click Garry's Mod in steam, then click Properties. Click the 'Local Files' tab, then click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'.
Let it work, then your game should work.
