Garry's mod/Steam games on CD

I don't know if this is an appropriate forum, but I'd like to buy Garry's mod, without the chunky gigabyte.

The problem is that I am currently on a 5 gigabyte broadband plan (per month) and I cannot download very large files (such as steam games and mods). I highly, highly doubt this, but it would be very helpful if they sold Garry's mod on CD.

Is there a way to break up the download into parts, or more realistically, download only the needed files?

They do not, unfortunately.

With Steam, however, you can stop your download anytime you want and continue later, so that's always an option.
