Yes that is right, the day after it is released Garry’s Mod 10, the new Steam Version has received an update:[br]

Garry's Mod
  • Fixed problems picking up NPC weapons
  • Fixed missing prop data error when trying to spawn some props
  • Fixed clientside double physics object bug
  • Fixed Thruster looping sound
  • Fixed Eye Poser
  • Fixed Easy Weld prediction in Multiplayer
  • NPC Corpses always fade out in Multiplayer
  • NPC Corpses should never become undeletable in Singleplayer (you should always be able to interact with them)

As usual, just restart your Steam client to receive this update to GMod10

Regarding Garry's Mod... well, I might get it in the future, not just right now though.

Since about 2:00pm this afternoon UK time :D

Bought it last night and had a fool around earlier, ended up gettin to the top of a random building that is part of the scenery of the Grassland map :O
 
Well worth the £5 or so I paid for it just to float loads of crap up into the air then shoot them all down using the crossbow from my own Balloon railway carriage Zepplin ;D
 
Garry is really good at getting these updates out! Nice work. :)
 
Thank god for fixing the repeating thruster sounds, that was really annoying.

Regarding Garry's Mod... well, I might get it in the future, not just right now though.

We've got 4 new staff in this week, spot the differences :p

Also - I'm the same, I'm not hugely in the Garry's mod thing right now, I got bored of it after the many versions, however I'm sure the enthusiasm will return and I'll buy it in the new year for these amazing hover balls :D

Well, its hard to judge that on one release :) From what I read on his site, the mod was ready about 2 months ago, so perhaps these fixes have been stored up since then ;)
