Geforce 6800 GT question

Im thinking about upgrading my gfx card to a GF 6800 GT. But im wondering if its fits on my mobo, and if my powersupply is enough.

I got a ASUS A7N8X Deluxe Nforce 2 mobo and 300W powersupply.
I heard you need alot of power for the geforce 6800 series so im not sure.

Hope anyone can help me out.

What sort of PSU if its a good quality brand then you can probably get away with it. If it's some generic piece of crap you wont be able to run either of the newest generation of cards.

It should be enough if its a good brand PSU and your motherboard is fine.
