Ok basically I just curious as to whether or not people notice any difference in Image quality when using a Geforce 6800 series graphics card or an ATI Radeon X800 series graphics card. Im sure that most of the cards are almost identical when there is NO AA or AF enabled, but what about with AA and AF on.
Ive seen a bunch of amazing screenshots of Counter Strike: Source with 6x AA and 16x AF on at very high resoluitons, and the game looks great.. but I have yet to see one, as far as I know on say a Geforce 6800 Gt with all the same settings on. I am hoping that someone on these forums who has a fast computer and a Geforce 6800 GT/Ultra card can post some screenshots at 6xAA 16xAF just so there is a basis to compare image quality between both high end cards.
Ive heard alot of people say that ATI cards just have better rendering capabilities when it comes to AA and eliminating jacked edges, etc. but I am very curious to know whether or not this is true.. or if there are image quality differences between each cards at maximum settings.
So if poeple can post there screen shots at highest quality settings with either of the two high end cards..that would be great..and hopefully we will see some Geforce 6800 series screenshots!
