General Lee is of course the best, what it lacks in technology, it makes for with its funky style and voiceover guy that comes along each time it does a jump.

I believe the general lee had a 4 point harness (I might be wrong tho) and it had a roll cage also.

I don't like either car as a whole. My top 5 favorite classic cars would probably include the following:

· Without a doubt, my favorite car of all time is the "Shelby-Ford AC Cobra" 427 (I would say one of the original six Cobra Daytona coupes as they are more aerodynamic and have a significantly higher top speed... but they're incredibly expensive at a few million dollars a piece, IIRC).
· 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429
· Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
· 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS
· 1969 Oldsmobile 442

If we're only talking about movie/TV cars I'd either pick Vin Diesel's 1970 Dodge Charger (with the 900HP blown 440) from "The Fast and the Furious" or the 1975 Ford Gran Torino of "Starsky & Hutch" fame.

In terms of modern cars I'm more into European models. If I had the cash I'd probably drive an Aston Martin V12 Vanquish, a 2006 Jaguar XKR Coupe, or a BMW Z4.

KITT is an early 80's pontiac firebird I think (if I'm wrong someone correct me) and the General Lee is a 68' Dodge charger.

Edit:Also ritz you should've added the pontiac firebird from smokey and the bandit in the poll.
