generic monster AI in map entity

Hi, thanks for all you guys' help so far. I have a question about using AI in hammer. Is there a way to either create a monster_generic or Generic actor and have them use an AI_scripted_sequence to have it attack the player, or have that entity use the AI of an already created monster? thanx
