Craziestdan has put some awesome effort into Dreamball 2.0 and I decided to make this post to offer him some <span>applause for making a mod with balls</span>.? The mod does have bugs but it is fun.? This is like Marble Works except 3d and you're the marble.
Dreamball is a fun relaxing physics-driven game made up of puzzle compilations. Roll through the various uniquely themed 'Worlds' completing different puzzles you traverse across using the dynamic environment to beat obstacles encountered, while also shifting into other Marbles and powerups at your dispense.

Never heard of this before, quite cool for a source mod.
 
I didn't find this title on metacritic. I don't know if I want to pay money for something that I have no idea if I'm gonna like it or not.
 
It's a free mod.
Anyway, I thought this was a Steamworks mod seeing as it has its own Official Game Group.

What's so wrong about that? Checking metacritic before getting a game is a good way of knowing the probability that you'll like the game before you get it.

Some THC Producer d00d I met said that when all the reviews are being gathered for metacritic, certain reviewers are more "weighted" than others; not really giving you a true average.
 
There was another game similar to this Dreamball game that I downloaded like ten years ago. Flat marble, powerups that allow you to do things like jump, go fast, or stop, checkpoints, and the like. I've been looking for it again and can't find it (don't remember the name or anything). Does this ring a bell?

Considering I never really looked at Metacritic myself, I trust the d00d more than I trust you, d00d.

Question is if that makes the argument more or less credible. He might just as well have a beef with them metacritic reviews for not liking some of his THQ products.

Wouldn't that make sense? I mean, you don't exactly place the same amount of faith in Yahoo as IGN, do you?
