Getting on the Roof: Point Insertion

This probably seems pathetic but could someone tell me how to get on the roof near the end of the first level? I've looked at tons of walkthroughs and none of them are helping me.

its fairly easy to go through that part...

You just run past the different citizens, run upstairs and you get on the roof. Post a screenshot of where you're stuck exactly.

but WTF?!? is going on with all these people that can't figure out the game at all lately?

first post=first thread-"how do I turn on my PC?" or some other bit of nonsense...why?

maybe I am just being paranoid,but it just seems weird..

are people playing this game with no sound or video? I thought most of it was pretty clear-cut,as long as you listened to what was going on...
