Getting someone's steam account revoked?

How do you get in contact with people from steam to revoke a constant harrassment? We had some asshat constantly using a CSS command line to reset our server. Would anyone happen to have an email for valve?

Also, how do you ban people in CSS? We can only control our server from HLSW, as none of the in game commands work since it won't recognize our rcon from in game for some reason.

Don't kill him, that's all I can say. It won't crash if you don't kill the guy. Kick him before you kill him, %n screws servers up, possibly because of overload of names.

I wish valve would just fix this quickly. Im sick of cs crashing when some asshole does this.
