Getting Sound Clips/Soundtrack From Half Life 2 and other Steam Games?

Hi all, I was wondering how I can get the sound track and sound clips from the game. I would really like to get the soundclip of Barney saying:

"Hey Gordon, when you see Dr. Breen tell him I said F*** you!"

And Father Gregory laughs

I have the GCFScape, but so far I'm suck and don't know what to do, any help would be great!

Use the GCF Scape to open “source sounds.gcf”.

-hl2/sound/vo (dialogues for specific chapters/levels)
-hl2/sound/npc (character sounds)

-hl2/sound/vo/Streetwar/rubble/ba_tellbreen.wav
-hl2/sound/vo/ravenholm/mad_laugh0x (x = number)

Use the GCF Scape to open ?source sounds.gcf?.

Where would that be located? I'm a noob at these things, lol.


Edit: I found where it's at, but it gives me a error message that it couldn't open it. Any thoughts on what I can do?
