getting stuck in elevators in opposing force.

in opposing force, almost every time i use an elevator, when i get to the bottom i can no longer move or even jump. please help!

no movement but i hear like a bunch of footsteps really close together.

Like Tyguy said, you could bind a key to noclip so you just hit it after every elevator, get off and then hit it again to carry on as normal. Not an ideal workaround, but at least you can continue playing.

Jump and crouch when the lift is moving downwards, do not stop moving. Avoid save game as well.
