i would like to ghost (identical copy) a 20gb ide hd to a 300gb sata hd; the 20gb has windows xp and some miscellaneous things and the 300gb will be completely empty.

the reason i want to ghost it is so that i won't have to reinstall xp and if the installation/files are moved from 'c:\' xp and so on will pretty much die, thus having me to reinstall.

soo, for suggestions on how i'd go about this would be useful or if you know another way, please post it. ;)

you'll obviously need a gosting program... i think... i use norton gost... something or another... it works great... its only like a 10 min install opossed to installing windows again and all drivers and what not...

ive never heard of ghosting but i have heard of mirroring which i guess is basically the same thing.
