Gif animation editor

I used to have an animated .Gif editor where you could edit or make your own animated .gif, but I can't remember what its called.

It came with (Jasc/Corel?) Paintshop (not Photoshop) years ago, but then I found that my brother had downloaded it, since it was now free software.

Can anyone help me find this free animation software?

I use it, it's pretty good.
