GIF editors

I tried searching for this on these boards, but I came up empty handed, so here goes...does anyone know of a good GIF editor/creator which lets you set the time length for each singular frame, not every frame in the animation? Thanks for any help provided

Adobe iMAGEREADY, it comes with photoshop

unlead Gif animator 5, its amazing but its only a 15 day trial

i use CYD gif studio.

the gimp is what i use, and its FREE! (and legal to get for free)
