Here's a link. Anyone have any thing to say about them, or recommendations on other similarly Priced setups, As I am soon to be in the market fer new Speakers in the $600 range and figgered yall would be able to help me with the choice.
(I have an Audigy 2 ZS, so Any recommendation would prolly work on mah card)

Well the audigy 2 zs is a 5.1 sound card. and those are 7.1 speakers....so you do the math.

Nah It covers 7.1 fine.

I have the 6.1 megaworks and havn't had any problems with them, I don't have the gigaworks but same company so whatever.

All the reviews I have read on them say that they are good quality speakers.

I geuss if you got the money go for it.

The Audigy 2 ZS supports headphones,2.1,4.1,5.1,6.1, and 7.1.

since when? shit y did i buy 5.1 speakers then................:(

Most games/movies only support up to 6.1, I rarely see a 7.1 compatible game, so I never saw the sense of 7.1 speaker system.

TO MY KNOWLEDGE (whatever THATS worth)

7.1 just splits the rear channels of 5.1 into 2 speakers. 5.1 has 2 speakers kind of doing side AND back sounds (which it can do very well), but 7.1 i assume makes them a little more distinct.

Those are the best high end speakers currently and you wont have a problem using them with your 7.1 soundcard.

I have an audigy 2 zs and inspire 7.1 speakers and they work fine. For $100 they are great speakers. They may not be as loud as other speakers but mine are loud enough to shake the floor. My only complaint (and I dont know if this applies to all 7.1 speakers) is the rear and side channels are not very loud compared to the front 3. When listening to music the front 3 drown out the other four. Even in games sometimes I notice more sound coming out of the front then the side or rear. This may be though because usually the action is infront of me when playing a game and not behind. When I put my ear close though I can hear sound coming out but not nearly as loud as I would like compared to the front 3. But in comparision the speakers you are talking about are 5 times as good and will be much louder. They are reviewed very highly in magazines and on the internet. They are great for games. If I had the money I would buy the s750 without question. The only problem is figuring out where to put all the speakers. Took me about a week to find the areas where the bass sounded good and what hight I wanted the speakers at.

Yeah I have the Inspire 7.1 Speakers too. I agree with everything you said about em. I'm just gonna be getting more money than usual for Report Cards, and As I'm more than happy with everything else, and just happy with my speakers, then new speakers was the first thing that popped into my head.
Thanks for your help everyone!

Seriously, why do you people buy Soundcards? I mean, lol. I got my intergrated on my new mobo. My speakers rock and they're cheapo's.

Bottom line: My sound *rocks*. I use sound when I play CS and that's why I get the "Wallhacker" and "Aimbotter" cuz I always know where people are. I'm not even using headphones.

So I think you guys really need to lighten up on the whole "Omg I don't have 7.1!!! ARGH!" deal.

could be true but the sound-difference between 5.1 and 7.1 actually IS huge. Bigger then 6.1 and 5.1 btw....true that most games supports ony max 5.1 but the 2 other channels are virually created by the software of creative..and they've managed to do so véry well...
