Maybe your thinking of the post I made about helping someone who was being assualted.

In all sincerity, I don't think stealing is wrong on principle. (Would it be wrong to steal weapons from the Nazis). And I don't think it has any negative effect on large corperations. When they make billions, the value of the goods stolen have no dent on this and if they do, good.
 
You do realize that a lot of people have to eat of the "billions" that the "evil corporations" make? What do you think happens with the money? That it disappears into money storage houses Scrooge McDuck style, where the evil businessmen swim in it while cackling such phrases as "MONEY! GLORIOUS MONIES! ALL MINE! MUAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"?

I'm not comparing anyone to the Nazis or saying anything is like what the nazis did.

I'm proving by counter example that the idea that stealing is just plane wrong on principle is false.

Corperations make billions in profits than do not feed people, giving your money to them is not a good cause.

Stealing clothes from them is probably more moral than paying for it as they were probably made by some 3rd world child being forced to work for pennies. By stealing you are damaging the company that does such things.
 
Evil corporations may be evil but ordinary people like security staff and storekeepers are responsible for the stolen things. I would love to hear Munro about this.
