Twinkle Dwivedi, 13, has a strange disorder which means she loses blood through her skin without being cut or scratched. She has even undergone transfusions after pints of it seeped through her eyes, nose, hairline, neck and the soles of her feet.

Read more here.

God damn, that's horrible. :(

I don't trust anyone or anything that bleeds for 7 days and keeps on living.

Forgot who said that. Who said that?

I don't get measuring the amount of blood lost in "pints". What kind of association do those people have with blood that makes them think of drinking glasses?

My whole body is cringing and tingling now and my legs are weak. **** you Lucid.

Pint
–noun
a liquid and also dry measure of capacity, equal to one half of a liquid and dry quart respectively, approximately 35 cubic inches (0.473 liter). Abbreviation: pt, pt.

I thought it was George Orwell.

Or someone similar.

Also I'm thinking about the thousands of emo kids who wish they could get a hand on this girls genes.

Constant face period?

Still, thats pretty awful :(

Sweating blood? SOUNDS LIKE VAMPIRE TO ME

Sounds just like sweating blood, some crazy genetic mix up there :s

She should become japanese to make it look like an anime.

Ya, I'm pretty sure there's a ****ed up anime like that.

Yeah, its called Every Anime That Ever Existed

Is it an anime and does it have japanese women in it?

Mutant powers usually appear right at the onset of puberty like this.

Pretty useless power, though.

It's a good point, but I think it's just a convention. I never thought anything odd about it before.

That is really horrible, I'd always hoped conditions like this never existed :(

We've been to temples, mosques, churches and sufi saints, but nothing has cured her.
I can tell you why parents...

I dunno, that girl in Heroes can do it. And she kills people with her mind!

They're Indian, last I checked they're usually pretty religious.
Besides, at times like that a parent will do anything... no matter how inane it may be, to help their child.

Holy shit this really got under my skin. Man what a horrible situation.
