Why is Hectic Glen a moderator?

The last I followed of this, he was (jokingly), saying "lol i'd make a gud mod".

And Danimal went "WTF who showed glen the Suggestions forum?"

So here I am, asking "Why is Hectic Glenn a moderator?"

Yes it does. I already pointed out that the current mods have no bearing on, or say in, the taking on of new moderators. It is entirely Munro's decision. As Munro isn't a Hetairia member, it is irrelevant whether any potential moderator is a Hetairia member or not.

He has no moderator powers except from the news and announcements forum where he'll also post a bit of news now and then.
