Glitch after taking out helicopter..

Ok so I just took out that gunship thing with the rocket launcher, and I go talk to the guy that opens the doors and he tells me to get the buggy. So Pull up in the buggy, he oepns the doors for a split second then they slam closed again. WTF is going on?

sounds like a script gone bad. Reload from your last save, and if that doesn't work, do the save before that until you bump into the previous chapter. Then you should just reload the chapter.
