Glitchy HUD and console! HELP!

[IonizeMyAtoms]

I was playing with no problems when there was a map change. When I started playing again, my hud looked like this and some textures had strange glitches in them (as you can see).

The console is also like this, making it completely unreadable. I restarted Steam, same deal. I have Radeon 9800 Pro, never had a problem before.

Edit: Just noticed it's on my player model as well
