I don't like the skin, the skin seems very weathered, like if you had dropped it in the River Thames for 6 years and then took it out again and hosed it down.

Nice work. Some suggestions: The barrel and guide rod seem to protrude from the slide a little too far (compared to the real ones I've handled.) Frame looks a little grainy (maybe that's what you were going for?) You may already know this, but the trigger is back, as if the firing pin is depressed (Glocks are Single Action only I believe.) Also, that's just a Glock 19, the C's look like this:
http://www.glock.com/compensator.htm

It's hard to see from the pic (well, the flames are easy to see ;)) but there are two cut-outs on the top of the slide, and the barrel is ported. The "C" stands for compensated. The escaping gas through the top of the barrel help to force the barrel back down after the initial recoil.

Hope this helps. Promised Land looks like it is going to be a great mod :D

Hmmm, I think the skin is quiet badly done. Some of the seems don't flow the rest of the weapon colour. The model seems alright, but the skin does not give it justice.

Model 6/10
Skin 3/10

It's nice, but you're missing a few details - there should be a small indented grip just underneath where the top slide meets the grip. There should be a rail on the front underside of the barrel, for attaching laser sights, miniflashlights etc. The sights themselves also seem incorrect - the front sight is way too long, it's very short in real life, and the back sight seems to have an extension from the main part, which shouldn't be present.

And yeah, as Frosty207 said, it's the non-compensator version.

No, the C versions have a top-open slide and a opened barrel :D

heres the ref pic that i used if any one is interested.

Ok, you can't really see the characteristics of a compensated version here ;) doesn't matter anyway.

You might want to change picture, that looks like an earlier model of the G19. This is what the standard version looks like.

That's pretty much the same I'd say, just better light. Additionally his ref-pic has some kind of hand-strap(?) over the grip.

thats nice... i like it but i agree the skin is kinda weird colored and grainy... maybe make it look more smooth and metallic..

It's not the same, look - there's no rail on the front, the sights are incorrect, there's no thumbgrip and the grip itself isn't right.

Well the frame on the Glock is plastic (reinforce polymer), so the skin for that part shouldn't look too metallic :P But I agree, the skin does look pretty weathered.

i told our skinner to make it weathered. your not going to have a perfect pistol from battle.

the skin is looking very bad ..very littleattention to detail in the skin i think u shud temporarily photoskin until u get a better skinner.

its alright everyones entitled to thier opinion, and i did ask for crits and comments, were getting an updated skin soon thanks all for helping me and my skinner with the skin!
