Gmod and source games make computer restart?

Ive had this problem about 3 times or 4.When Im playing gmod my computer sometimes restarts.It might be over heating but im not sure.My graphics card is a nividia fx 5500.The game runs really well on high settings so there kept at that.

I think it is overheating, actually.

Play it on low and see what happens.
