I just got a letter from my bank,and I overdrew my account.....for $9
now I owe them $133 :(
my next paycheck is basicly already gone.....I cant seem to handle my finances correctly,any tips?

Here's a tip: Don't spend any money.
 
With my super account I can become overdrawn by 99p before it doesn't let me do anything else.
 
Keep track of everything you buy with a notepad or a check book. Simple as that. And wow, they charge you that much in overdrawn fees? :/
 
Toy be honest, if you owe $133 fine for $9 overdrawn, you should change banks. Get an account that treats you better.

I can get overdrawn £2000 until I owe surcharges on my student/graduate account.

Of course I'm not going to do that.
 
yea thats a pretty harsh penalty. my bank charges me like $25 overdraw fee or something.

keep track of your spendings. i have a txt document on my desktop that i update daily so i know how much ive been spending out of each paycheck.
 
Or just get a receipt everytime you withdrawn money.
 
Make sure you always have >$200 in your account. Usually thats enough to cover any unforseen withdrawls. Of course this only works if you monitor your spending. And yeah... get another bank. I overdrew once by more than $50, and my overdraft fee was only $30.
