Going to build a small block for my Chevelle

I've got a 2 piece rear seal 350 sbc block that I want to use as a base for a small block 383 with a Weiand 177 roots blower on top. Anyone here ever clearanced a block to stroke it before? Looking to use hyper eutectic pistons and make about 500 horsepower.

Read a couple guides. Seems simple enough. When rebuilding a sbc, it only costs 200 bucks to get an extra 33 cubic inches, so why not?

Still has the original 350. Ran a 16.1 on the 1320. Which puts the flywheel horsepower somewhere around a pathetic 190 in a 3800 pound car. Lmao.
