Gold Source demos

This has been annoying me. But I want to convert the demos I made in Gold Source to a decent format, like .wma, so I could edit it in any program.
This is my only way off recording what I do without lag, so I'll be damned if there is no way round this.

Hang on, I think i heard a way to do this in a TFC forum a couple of years ago.

I don't remember exactly how my friend did it, but he converted it to individual frames and then put it together into an AVI. But sound didn't work though..I think he did it through HLTV's console or something.
