Bobby was nominated for Best Picture? I thought it was panned by the critics (rolling stone said it was the worst moive this year...). And boo@Eastwood being nominated twice in one category.

If Cohen wins best actor though, I'll be really pleased.

The only three predictions I can accurately make:

Best Picture - Musical/Comedy - Little Miss Sunshine

Best Actor - Musical/Comedy - Sacha Baron Cohen, Borat

Best Animated Feature - Happy Feet

I can predict the following... (Jesus Christ, only 2!)

Best Picture - Musical/Comedy

:: Borat

Best Actor - Musical/Comedy

:: Johnny Depp, Pirates

I'm hoping The Departed and Little Miss Sunshine get everything they were nominated for.

I'm guessing Dreamgirls will win for Best Musical/Comedy. I'd love to see Little Miss Sunshine or Borat win though.

And if Johnny Depp wins, I'll be pissed. Oh look, he's playing the same role he already played! How original!

My (probably poor) predictions:

Drama - The Departed

Musical/Comedy - Borat (or Dreamgirls)

Director - Eastwood for Iwo Jima

Actor - DiCaprio for The Departed

Actress - Mirren for The Queen

Actor (Comedy) - Cohen for Borat

Actress (Comedy) - Streep for Prada

Screenplay - The Departed

Song - Dreamgirls

Foreign Lang. Film - Iwo Jima

Animated - Happy Feet (ohnoes Pixar!)
