Gone very slow

I once did enjoy the fact my internet was quite fast. I browsed from pages to pages very fast. Now, all of a sudden, the internet is very slow. The rest of the computer is fine. But Speedtouch is now very slow.
Is this a problem with them, and is it happening to others? Or am I just very unfortunete?
It sucks.

Call ISP and ask if there's anything wrong with the connection.

Virus scan, spyware scan, etc.

Clear your cache and history and all of that.

Do a defrag.

Do a disk clean-up.

One of those should do the trick

Also, reset your modem and router (if you have one). Basically just power them off and unplug them, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in and power on.
