"Good day, Mr. Kubrick"

He's overracting to get Kubrick's attention. Why else would he pick the Outsiders.

The part he did was wacky but that doesn't make him bad.
 
You could tell he was acting. He wasn't even acting- he was acting like he was acting. It was horrible. It's why I hate theater, everybody is so overacty and so damn poncy.

He gets a bit better towards the end, but he just starts out painfully bad.

I also thought his voice sounded a lot like good ol' Alex from Clockwork Orange, I'm surprised he didn't do a scene from that.
