Good Deal or no?

New Radeon 9600XT for $100

Is it a good price for this hardware in today's market? Also if anyone has any experience or knowledge could you give me a clue as to how well it will run HL2.

It's a Thanksgiving Friday sale thing so I need to know before tomorrow at 6am!

I have the card and it runs pretty well. Check my sig for specs. My comp is more than 2 years old so it's pretty slow for a 2.4 Ghz. My friend says he gets 60+ fps on de_dust with my card and he has a new p4 3.0 Ghz with all the bells + whistles. I get descent fps playing HL2 on 1024x768 at all high + 2x aa/af. At the boat part I get 50+ fps but in big city fights it drops to 20. So it's a descent card and you're getting a great deal.

I have a 9600 pro overclocked a fair way, ran hl2 on high, and the fps never dropped too low, perhaps a bit lower than I would have liked in the bits with a huge amount of action, but was great for most of it.
