Good program for analyzing hardware

Hey, I just wondered if anybody knew of a great program that allows me to see all the details of my hardware (ie: Voltage going through my vidoecard, Ram Speed and such).

I know I had such a program a long time ago, but I cannot remember this name for the life of me.
