Good RPG for the GBA?

I saw my friend playing, and heard him talking about it until no end. Definitely pick it up. In fact...maybe I will one day. Haven't used the GBA feature on my DS yet.

CastleVania series is brilliant. Especially Aira of Sorrow.

Final fantasy compilation thing came out and my friends love it, I guess you should buy it and yes golden sun is teh awesome.

;) Pokemon!

teh pokemon and I'm serious.

Golden Sun 2 is great....pokemon is also very great (addictive too).

Ohh if they could only bring wild arms 1 and breath of fire 3 to the gameboy I would be so happy (they are 2 greats)

Yeah, I have to agree here. Pokemon LeafGreen and FireRed are the latest ones I think.

They're good games. It doesn't matter if you don't like Pokemon.

I played Golden Sun through and liked it a lot. I haven't gotten around to picking up the second though. I probably won't just because I hardly ever play my gba any more and there's other games I wanna buy still for PC/PS2/Xbox

Golden Sun is a popular choice. Another good RPG for the GBA is Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Yeah, it does look a bit kiddie at some points but it makes up for it with a unique combat system where you control two fighters (the Mario bros.) and they can team up for combined moves. The plot is very daft but a lot of fun, and although controlling two characters at once (for most of the game) is a bit strange at first it becomes kinda second nature after a while and works well.

So if you want a more traditional GBA RPG, go for Golden Sun. If you want something a bit more eccentric and lively, go for Mario & Luigi. Either way you cannot lose.
