Good site for buying Mobile Vid cards?

I've looked on newegg and did a search, but I can't find any sites that sell Mobile Video cards for laptops. I'm looking for a Radeon 9600XT mobile. Can anyone provide me with some assistance?

Laptop graphics cards are physically soldered onto the main board so unless you have one of the recent alienware laptops it is likely that you will not be able to upgrade to a better video card on your laptop.

I don't even think ATi make a 9600XT mobile chip.

Ah, ok, i'm doing this for my friend, so I wasn't all that sure. Also, I belive it was the 9700 mobile, which is equal to the 9600XT for desktops. Sorry for the confusion
