Some of you may already have known this, but I have enlisted in the U.S. Navy as an AECF(Advanced Electronics and Computer Field) for six years(possibly more). A field in which I know I'll enjoy be trained in. I ship out on the 7th of this month, which is only a few days away. I'll be stationed in Great Lakes, Illinois for both basic training and schooling. I've been training for a few weeks now in preparation for the physical training in boot camp. I'm both excited and slightly nervous for what is it to come, but I'm sure it will all be beneficial and provide great opportunities for when I'm out of the service.

I've enjoyed my time here at halflife2.net as one of my most visited forums. Great people, great laughs, great times.

Read the entire post next time, and even then read/look more into the military/Army before you go off on some pseudo politicial correctness crap and you'll soon see that it's not all combat and infantry.
