Just got mine a few hours ago, Gamestop didn't have any regular versions left, so I had to get the limited edition. And I only had to pay $15 for it...

Only ever played MGS2 on the PC, thought it was crap.

Don't really see all the fuss over the games.

So far MGS4 is better than I thought it'd be - and I expected it to be pretty special. Everything oozes quality and the controls and stealth elements seem like a good improvement over the previous games. I'm only 3 hours in (felt like 20 mins!) and a few cutscenes have been too long, but early impressions so far are excellent

Too tired for another midnight release so soon after GTA IV, so picking mine up after work tonight from the local EBGamestop where a limited edition sits waiting for me. Can't wait to play for a little while. Too bad I leave for Hungary tomorrow! I will be dying to know what happens next!! :E

A bit into Act 2 so far. What a amazing game - really surpassed my expectations. After playing MGO I didn't have any problems getting into the game as they are exactly the same. Bscly.

Oh and I saw 11 people on my friends list playing the game at the same time.

Bleh...I hate to do this, but I think I'll just watch the game's cutscenes on youtube(I already found a user who's slowly uploading all of them). I really want to see the end of the MGS storyline, but I'm not planning to get a PS3 any time soon and prefer to spoil myself with a video of the game rather than some random idiot doing it for me online.

I'm already doing this with MGS: PO and it isn't make the story any less interesting.

Man so i waited in line since 2pm till about 1am Total time waited was 14 so hours. Got 2 regular editions signed. Went to sleep woke up played and beat the 1st act then went got my limited edition copy and limited edition books. I went to wait on another line for another sighing to get my limited edition signed! OWNAGE! I have 3 copies right now tmr I'm picking up my other limited edition. Huge investment keeping my limited edition signed. I missed Otacon's signature by 1 person :/ He was just visiting. All my signed copies have Kojima's and Yumi's signitures.
