Got some cash to burn

So, I have unexpectedly found myself with a wad of extra cash, so I thought that this would be a good time to upgrade my webcam, which is crappy and makes rude noises at me when I'm trying to sleep :hmph: .
So, what I've got now is an old 15 fps AGFA ePhoto CL18, and about 60$ to spend. Any suggestions on what I should get?
