Got some faggy arse spyware :/

Just got some fag ass spyware and adware isnt picking it up and telling me what it is.

Ill stick a screen shot below, any on know what it is and how to get rid of it?

This is damn stupid, spyware has gone now. But basicly Bulldog, our isp, cut off our internet, phoned us and told us to sort out the spyware or they will compleatly ban us off the net, so had 5 days trying to get the crap off !

huh?? Why would you get banned from your isp for having spyware?

I would have recommended downloading ad-aware, spybot search and destroy, and microsoft spyware remover.... but they cut you off, so you cant. If possible, get on another computer and download them to a disk, and run them on your computer.
