Grahics Card update

Im new to updating video drivers so bear with me.

I get this steam update video drivers page so I follow the link and I go to radeon and see plenty of options which one should I download.

I have a 128 DDR ATI Radeon 9800(as steam says)

Also happened once on dawn of war and counterstrike I got a blue screen.

Which is might be a(i hope not) virus or drivers problem.
